MLab 是在2012年由健行科技大學資訊工程系助理教授林忠億所建立, 這個網誌是我們發表個人經驗與實務交流的場所, 我們希望在這裡可以記錄我們的想法, 交流我們的經驗, 希望可以讓各位在我們成功的、錯誤的經驗當中,找到你所需要的資訊。

  1. Thanks for discussing your ideas on this blog. As well, a myth regarding the finance institutions intentions while talking about foreclosed is that the bank will not getreceive my installments. There is a specific amount of time that this bank will require payments every now and then. If you are also deep within the hole, they may commonly demand that you pay the payment in whole. However, i am not saying that they will not take any sort of installments at all. In the event you and the financial institution can manage to work something out, the actual foreclosure approach may end. However, if you continue to skip payments under the new plan, the home foreclosure process can just pick up from where it was left off.
